CANCELLATIONS
Product Orders Cancellation Policy
All of our products are made to order, especially for you. If you wish to amend your order, please use the link provided contact@PlushBeauteBoutiue.com.You can make ajustments to your order at any time before it goes to production.
Once your order has gone to production, no adjustments will be accepted. After you’ve received your order, you have 48 hours to address any quality issues.
Donations and Tips Cancellation Policy
Please note that donations and tips are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Once you have completed your checkout for donations or tips, we cannot cancel or refund it.
Membership Subscriptions Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your membership at any time via your profile settings page. Please note that cancellations will take effect after your current membership subscription period ends. There is no refund or cancellation for the current membership subscription period.
DAMAGED/QUALITY ISSUES
For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating the quality issue or the damaged area of the item, along with your name and order number. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed.

REFUNDS POLICIES
Product Orders Cancellation Policy
All sales are final. Because products are made to order, we cannot issue refunds, returns, or exchanges for orders.
Donations and Tips Cancellation Policy
Donations and tips are non-refundable. Once you have completed your checkout payment, we cannot cancel or refund your donation or tips.
Membership Subscriptions Cancellation Policy
Membership subscriptions are non-refundable. You can always cancel your membership at any time, and this cancellation will take effect at the end of your membership subscription period. There is no refund for the current membership subscription period that is ongoing.
Locked Messages Refund Policy
Locked messages are non-refundable. Once you have completed your checkout payment, we cannot cancel or refund your locked message. If you have issues accessing the locked message after payment, please contact us at contact@PlushBeauteBoutiue.com . We’ll be happy to troubleshoot the problem and find a resolution for you.
ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS
We accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and depending on your location, we also accept Klarna/AfterPay and local payment methods.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and other customs charges. The charges vary by country, and at this time, we are unable to calculate them in advance. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office. If such a fee indeed gets imposed on your package, you are responsible for its payment.
FAQ
How many pictures can we have on our items?
We are able to design the items with one picture. No collages are accepted. Our double sided items will allow 2 picture (1 on each side). In this case youd send 2 photos.
I want to customize something that I dont see on the website. Can I do that?
Yes, we design custom items that are not listed on our site. Please email us at Contact@PlushBeauteBoutique.com and provide us with inspo and a description of the item and we will provide a quote.
Will I have to pay additional taxes on my order if im located outsie of the US?

How Long is the shipping process
Current processing times are 3-5 business days. This does not include weekends or hloidays as we are closed. Once item ships, normal shipping times are 2-6 days if located in the United States.
